Early adopters will receive a fully functional unit in a pre-production case, which will be replaced free of charge with the final production model once available. Your BT Braille is fully protected under our service contract during the early adoption phase and additionally one year following the release of the production model (TBD). This service offers prompt replacements available for any functional issues that remote customer support cannot resolve. Blazie Technologies will cover all shipping expenses for exchanges.
