Our Comprehensive BT Speak Maintenance Agreement is designed to keep your software and hardware running smoothly. For just $200 per year or $20 per month, you can ensure that your BT Speak remains up-to-date and in optimal working condition.
Note: This contract does not include the BT Speak device itself. It is an optional service plan for BT Speak owners that can be obtained either at the time of device purchase or later, at your convenience.

Continuous Software Updates: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest features and enhancements. Our maintenance agreement guarantees that you will receive all software updates for as long as you’re covered, , keeping your system current and efficient.
Hassle-Free Unit Exchange: If your BT Speak encounters an issue that cannot be resolved by our support team, we will send you an exchange unit. You keep the exchange unit and return the original to us, ensuring minimal down-time.
 
Terms
Effective Date:
The Service Contract becomes effective 30 days after the date of purchase, or immediately following the expiration of the 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, whichever occurs later.
 
Contract Duration:
The Service Contract remains valid for the selected term (monthly or annual) and will expire unless renewed prior to the end of the active service term.
 
Subscription Renewal:
Service Contract subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), provided that the renewal payment is successfully processed.
 
Exclusions
Please note that our exchange service does not cover user damage. This includes, but is not limited to:
Installing unauthorized software
Damage incurred by the user
Any modifications that void the warranty
